	Announcement : September 4, 2012 The GREET team is pleased to announce a one-day workshop on September 21, 2012, at Argonne National Laboratory to release the new GREET simulation platform and familiarize users with its functionalities. After the first version was released in 1996, Argonne continued to expand the GREET model in Excel spreadsheets to include alternative biofuels, hydrogen and electric vehicles pathways. In the past few years a new project was started to implement the GREET model using a new platform that is independent of Excel with the goal to improve the overall user experience. This new platform will be released exclusively to attendees of the workshop. Please visit the software page for an overview of the new features.
